Community Care Service strives to support the individual within their recovery and with their overall health and wellness by providing a partnership in their communities to improve their overall quality of life.  Community Care Service provides comprehensive clinical assessments, therapy, individual support, and peer support services to adults and children ages 6 and up. We strive to assist adults and children in developing their potential to achieve balanced physical, psychological, and emotional strength. Community Care Service focuses on the person-centered approach and other therapeutic techniques to aid individuals in creating their own personal goals and achievements. Community Care Service will serve as a support system to individuals being served and their families by providing the necessary resources to assist with attaining their goals. Community Care Service believes that success is measured by an individual’s overall willingness and desire to accomplish positive outcomes.
